CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations for Sedan, SUV, and Van must be received (1) day prior to the contracted starting date. If failed to give notice of cancellation, you will be billed for 100 percent of the estimated trip value. All bookings for Sedans, SUVs, and Vans booked for (2) hours or higher require a nonrefundable 50 percent deposit at the time of booking and (24) hour notice prior to contracted start time.
OUR COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY:
We respect your privacy. Any information collected on our site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or disclosed. Any information you give to Royal Pullman Chauffeur & Concierge Services will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. RESALE OR DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES:
